Frequently Asked Questions
- You'll receive a notification from your Project Consultant that your building has been connected. After you're notified, your residents can start to order services at https://quickconnect.tdstelecom.com/quickconnect.
- Residents should visit https://quickconnect.tdstelecom.com/quickconnect.. Under "Getting Started", they will need to enter their ZIP code followed by their service address. Following the on-screen directions, residents will be shown the service packages available and be able to make a selection. If residents are having difficulty setting up their TDS service, direct them to the Help & Support page.
- Please do not call on behalf of residents. Residents should reach out directly to TDS at 1-833-510-0303, option 1 for troubleshooting or visit the Help & Support page.
- When your building gets connected with service, you'll receive a PDF file via email from your Project Consultant with the account numbers for each unit. Please save or print this PDF file for future reference.
